Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The ubiquitin (Ub) pathway involves three sequential enzymatic steps that facilitate the conjugation of Ub and Ub-like molecules to specific protein substrates.
UBE2E3 (also known as UBCH9) catalyzes the covalent attachment of ubiquitin to other proteins and participates in regulating transepithelial sodium transport in renal cells.
It may also play a role in cell growth arrest. UBE2E3 shuttles between the cytoplasm and nucleus in an IPO11-dependent manner. It is ubiquitously expressed at low levels and is highly expressed in skeletal muscle.
