Immunoelectrophoresis shows a single precipitin arc against anti-Rabbit Serum and purified RFP (Discosoma).
No cross-reactivity observed with Human, Mouse, or Rat serum proteins.
Target Information
Red Fluorescent Protein (RFP) is isolated from Discosoma sp. (Uniprot ID: Q9U6Y8).
Commonly used as a molecular tag for studying:
