Product Specific Information

The GL3 monoclonal antibody reacts with the gamma delta T-cell receptor complex (TCR) on all γδ TCR-bearing T cells, but does not react with αβ TCR.
γδ TCR is found in thymus, epidermis, intestinal epithelium, peritoneal cavity, and lymphoid tissues.

• Applications Tested: Tested on mouse splenocytes; ≤0.5 µg/test
  A test is defined as the amount of antibody that stains a cell sample in 100 µL final volume.
  Recommended careful titration for optimal performance.

Super Bright 780 Characteristics

• Tandem dye excited by violet laser (405 nm), emits at 780 nm

Usage Recommendations

• When using multiple Super Bright dyes, use Super Bright Complete Staining Buffer (SB-4401) to reduce polymer interactions.
• Compensation values may differ between beads and cells; set compensation with stained cells when possible.
• Light sensitive: protect vial and samples from light.
• Fixation: Samples can be stored up to 3 days at 4°C in the dark using IC Fixation Buffer or 1-step Fix/Lyse Solution.
