Target Information
LYVE1은 림프관벽의 히알루론산(HA) 주요 수용체로 확인되었습니다. LYVE1의 아미노산 서열은 322개의 잔기로 구성된 type I integral membrane 단백질로, CD44 HA 수용체와 41%의 유사성을 보입니다. 단일 Link module을 포함하는 212개의 잔기로 구성된 세포외 도메인을 가지며, HA 결합 기능을 수행합니다.
LYVE1은 혈관에서는 발현되지 않고 림프관 내면에서 HA와 공위치하며, 림프관 특이적 HA 수용체로서 림프관 표지자로 활용됩니다. 주로 림프관 내피세포에서 발현되며, 백혈구 및 종양세포의 림프절 이동 조절에 관여할 가능성이 있습니다.
림프관계는 조직의 세포외액을 배출하고 면역세포가 항원을 인식하는 환경을 제공합니다. LYVE1, PALE, VEGFR3, podoplanin 등이 림프관 내피 표지자로 알려져 있습니다. LYVE1 기능 이상은 Complete Androgen Insensitivity Syndrome과 관련이 있습니다.
