Target Information
Fibronectin은 230–250 kDa의 이황화 결합된 이합체 단백질로, 결합조직 및 혈관의 세포외기질에서 불용성 형태로 존재하며, 고분자량 중합체를 형성합니다. 배아 발달 및 조직 재형성 중에 가장 풍부하며, 혈장 내에서는 가용성 단백질로 존재합니다. Fibronectin은 반복 모듈로 구성되어 있어, 다른 기질 성분(예: collagen, heparin) 및 세포 수용체(예: integrins)와 상호작용합니다. 세포 부착, 이동, 상처 치유, 혈액 응고, 면역 방어 및 전이 과정에 관여하며, 특히 비소세포성 폐암에서 발현이 증가합니다. Fibronectin 유전자는 대체 스플라이싱을 통해 다양한 전사 변이체를 생성할 수 있습니다.
