Target Information
Fibronectin은 230–250 kDa 범위의 분자량을 가지는 이황화 결합된 이합체 단백질입니다. 여러 결합조직과 혈관의 세포외기질에서 불용성 형태로 존재하며, 이황화 결합을 통해 고분자 중합체를 형성합니다. 배아 발달 및 조직 재형성 중에 가장 풍부하며, 혈장에서는 가용성 단백질로 존재합니다.
Fibronectin은 반복 모듈로 구성되어 있으며, 세포 수용체(예: integrins) 및 다른 기질 성분(예: collagen, heparin)과 상호작용하는 도메인을 형성합니다. 세포 부착과 이동, 상처 치유, 혈액 응고, 숙주 방어, 암 전이 등 다양한 생리적 과정에 관여합니다.
특히 비소세포성 폐암에서 발현이 증가하며, Fibronectin과의 결합은 종양 형성 및 항암제 유도 세포사멸에 대한 저항성을 높이는 것으로 알려져 있습니다. 이 단백질은 대체 스플라이싱을 통해 최대 20가지 전사 변이체를 생성할 수 있습니다.
