Product Specific Information
The mouse IgM is useful as an isotype control immunoglobulin generated by immunization with lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and is reactive with LPS.
eFluor™ 450 Mouse IgM Isotype Control is reported for use in flow cytometric analysis and has been tested on normal human peripheral blood cells. Use at the same concentration as the experimental antibody.
eFluor™ 450 is an alternative to Pacific Blue™, emitting at 445 nm and excited with the Violet laser (405 nm). Ensure instrument compatibility with this fluorochrome.

Target Information
Mouse IgM is an immunoglobulin M antibody produced by B cells in response to an antigen. It is the first antibody produced during an immune response and the largest immunoglobulin in serum.
Composed of five heavy and five light chains, Mouse IgM is involved in complement activation and antigen agglutination. It plays a crucial role in the innate immune response, neutralizing pathogens before the adaptive immune response is fully activated.
Mouse IgM is widely used in research and diagnostic applications, including ELISA, Western blotting, and immunohistochemistry.
