Rehydrate with 1.1 mL of deionized water and let stand for 30 minutes at room temperature to dissolve. (Product has been overfilled to ensure complete recovery.) Centrifuge to remove any particulates. Prepare fresh working dilution daily. Shelf life: 1 year from date of receipt. Prepare working dilution prior to use and discard after use. Based on immunoelectrophoresis, no reactivity is observed to non-immunoglobulin mouse serum immunoglobulins or IgG from bovine, chicken, goat, guinea pig, hamster, horse, human, rabbit, rat, or sheep.

Target Information

Anti-Mouse secondary antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies with well-characterized specificity for mouse immunoglobulins. They are useful for detection, sorting, or purification of specified targets. Secondary antibodies provide versatility for various detection systems (e.g., HRP, AP, fluorescence) and enhance sensitivity through signal amplification. Typically generated by immunizing host animals with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species, then purified and modified (e.g., immunoaffinity chromatography, antibody fragmentation, label conjugation) to produce highly specific reagents.
