• Each lot’s sensitivity is confirmed by ELISA.
• Specificity is verified by immunoelectrophoresis (IEP).
• Rehydrate with 1.1 mL deionized water and let stand 30 minutes at room temperature.
• Centrifuge to remove particulates and prepare fresh working dilution daily.
• Store lyophilized material at 2–8°C.
• For long-term storage after reconstitution, dilute with 50% glycerol and store at -20°C.
• No reactivity observed to non-immunoglobulin rabbit serum proteins.

Target Information

Anti-Rabbit secondary antibodies are affinity-purified with well-characterized specificity for rabbit immunoglobulins. They are useful for detection, sorting, or purification of rabbit targets.
Secondary antibodies offer increased versatility and sensitivity through signal amplification, enabling use with various detection systems (HRP, AP, fluorescence).
Typically generated by immunizing the host with pooled rabbit immunoglobulins and further purified or modified to ensure high specificity.
