이 염소 항체는 인간 IgG의 heavy chain Fc fragment에 반응하며, 대부분의 인간 면역글로불린 light chain에는 반응하지 않습니다. 인간 IgM, IgA 및 비면역글로불린 혈청 단백질에 대한 반응은 검출되지 않았습니다. 소, 말, 마우스 혈청 단백질과의 교차 반응이 최소화되도록 검증되었으나, 일부 다른 종의 면역글로불린과 교차 반응할 수 있습니다.
