- Paraffin 포매 조직의 면역염색 전에는 pH 6.0의 sodium citrate buffer로 항원 복원(antigen retrieval)을 권장합니다.
- 권장 양성 대조군: C14orf156 (transient overexpression lysate) 항원 표준 또는 human liver protein.

SLIRP (SRA stem-loop interacting RNA binding protein)은 정상 및 종양 조직에서 발현되며, 대부분 미토콘드리아에 존재합니다.
SLIRP는 미토콘드리아 기능 조절에 관여하며, 유방암 세포의 에스트로겐 및 전립선암 세포의 테스토스테론 활성을 억제할 수 있습니다. 또한 에너지 대사 관련 유전자 발현을 감소시키는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
