Target Information
CD61 (GPIIIa, ITGB3)는 거핵세포, 혈소판 및 그 전구세포에서 발견되는 당단백질입니다.
CD61 항원은 혈소판 응집에 관여하며, 피브리노겐(fibrinogen), 피브로넥틴(fibronectin), 폰 빌레브란트 인자(von Willebrand factor), 비트로넥틴(vitronectin) 등에 대한 수용체 역할을 합니다.
CD61은 105 kDa의 당단백질로, αIIb 인테그린(CD41) 또는 αV 인테그린(CD51)과 결합하여 세포 표면에 존재합니다.
혈소판과 거핵세포에서는 CD41과, 내피세포·단핵세포·골파괴세포에서는 CD51과 연관되어 발현됩니다.
CD61은 세포 부착 및 세포 표면 신호전달에 참여하며, Glanzmann Thrombasthenia 및 Platelet type-16 Bleeding Disorder 등의 질환과 관련이 있습니다.
