Target Information
CD61 (GPIIIa, ITGB3)는 거핵세포, 혈소판 및 그 전구세포에서 발견되는 당단백질로, 혈소판 응집과 섬유소원(fibrinogen), 피브로넥틴(fibronectin), 폰 빌레브란트 인자(von Willebrand factor), 비트로넥틴(vitronectin) 등의 수용체 역할을 합니다.
CD61은 105 kDa의 당단백질로 세포 표면에서 αIIb 인테그린(CD41) 또는 αV 인테그린(CD51)과 결합합니다.
CD61은 혈소판과 거핵세포에서는 CD41과, 내피세포·단핵세포·파골세포에서는 CD51과 함께 발현됩니다.
세포 부착 및 세포 표면 신호 전달에 관여하며, Glanzmann Thrombasthenia 및 Platelet type-16 Bleeding Disorder와 같은 질환과 관련이 있습니다.
