Product Specific Information
- Reconstitute with 1 mL of distilled water.
- After reconstitution, store undiluted at 4°C in the dark.
- For FACS analysis, use 10 µL of the working dilution to label 1×10^6 cells in 100 µL.
- Mouse anti-Human CD103 antibody (clone LF61) recognizes the CD103 cell surface antigen, a glycoprotein expressed by ~1% of peripheral blood lymphocytes, activated T lymphocytes, and hairy cell leukemia cells.
Target Information
CD103 (ITGAE, Integrin alpha E) is expressed on mucosa-associated T lymphocytes and activated cells, including a subset of TGF-β1 cells.
It consists of a 150 kDa alpha chain and a 120 kDa beta chain, forming a heterodimeric integrin complex.
CD103 is part of the integrin family, mediating adhesion and activation of intraepithelial lymphocytes (IEL).
Associated diseases include hairy cell leukemia and splenic marginal zone lymphoma.
