Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to reach a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The PDIA3 gene encodes an endoplasmic reticulum protein that interacts with lectin chaperones calreticulin and calnexin to assist in folding newly synthesized glycoproteins. Although previously thought to be a phospholipase, it has been shown to possess protein disulfide isomerase activity. Complexes of lectins and PDIA3 facilitate correct protein folding by promoting disulfide bond formation in glycoprotein substrates.
