Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain ~1 mg/mL antibody concentration.
For conjugation experiments, perform additional desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
PDIA3 encodes an endoplasmic reticulum protein that interacts with lectin chaperones calreticulin and calnexin to modulate folding of newly synthesized glycoproteins.
Although previously thought to be a phospholipase, PDIA3 actually exhibits protein disulfide isomerase activity.
Complexes of lectins and PDIA3 promote protein folding by facilitating disulfide bond formation in glycoprotein substrates.
