For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

The membrane-associated protein encoded by the ABCB1 gene belongs to the ATP-binding cassette (ABC) transporter superfamily. These transporters move various molecules across cellular membranes.
ABCB1 is part of the MDR/TAP subfamily, which is involved in multidrug resistance. The encoded protein functions as an ATP-dependent drug efflux pump, reducing intracellular drug accumulation and contributing to resistance against anticancer agents. It also acts as a transporter in the blood-brain barrier.
