이 항체는 마우스 integrin beta 3 서브유닛(CD61)을 인식하며, 약 90 kDa의 I형 막단백질입니다. 주로 거핵세포, 혈소판, 단핵구, 대식세포, 과립구, 내피세포에서 발현됩니다.
CD61은 alpha IIb integrin (CD41) 또는 alpha V integrin (CD51)과 결합하여 각각 혈소판 당단백 복합체 IIb/IIIa 및 vitronectin receptor (VNR)를 형성합니다.
Target Information
CD61 (GPIIIa, ITGB3)은 거핵세포, 혈소판 및 그 전구세포에서 발견되는 당단백질로, 혈소판 응집에 관여하며 fibrinogen, fibronectin, von Willebrand factor 및 vitronectin의 수용체 역할을 합니다.
CD61은 105 kDa의 당단백질로, alpha IIb (CD41) 또는 alpha V (CD51) integrin과 결합하여 다양한 세포 표면 복합체를 형성합니다.
혈소판, 내피세포, 단핵구, 파골세포 등에서 발현되며, 세포 부착 및 신호전달에 관여합니다.
CD61 이상은 Glanzmann Thrombasthenia 및 Platelet type-16 Bleeding Disorder와 관련이 있습니다.
