이 항체는 murine CD321 (junctional adhesion molecule 1, JAM-1)을 인식합니다. CD321은 274개의 아미노산으로 구성된 단일 통과형 type I 막관통 당단백질로, JAM-2 및 JAM-3과 유사성을 가집니다. 주로 혈소판, 내피세포, 상피세포에서 발현되며 다기능 단백질로 알려져 있습니다.
Target Information
CD321 (F11R, JAM-1, JAM-A)은 Ig 수퍼패밀리에 속하는 세포 표면 접착 분자로, 두 개의 Ig-like 도메인, 막관통 영역, 짧은 세포질 꼬리를 포함합니다. 막상에서 동종이합체로 존재하며 integrins 등 다른 막단백질과 상호작용할 수 있습니다. 백혈구, 혈소판, 적혈구, 줄기세포, 상피 및 내피세포 등 다양한 세포에서 발현되며 세포 간 접촉을 매개합니다. 또한 ZO-1, occludin 등 상피 타이트 접합 복합체 구성 요소와 근접하여 위치하며, 상피 및 내피 장벽 유지, 조혈, 혈관신생, 종양 증식 및 침윤, 전이에 관여합니다.
