- Clone RB6-8C5은 acetone-fixed frozen section과 zinc-fixed (formalin-fixed 아님) paraffin-embedded section에서 IHC 염색에 사용 가능함.
- FACS 분석 시, 1×10⁶ 세포/100 µL에 10 µL의 희석액 사용 권장.
- Rat anti-Mouse Gr-1 antibody (clone RB6-8C5)는 약 21–25 kDa의 GPI-anchored 세포 표면 단백질인 mouse Gr-1 항원을 인식함.
- Gr-1 항원은 Ly-6 단백질 패밀리에 속하며 단일 uPAR/Ly6 도메인을 포함함.
Target Information
Granulocytes는 세포질 내 과립을 가진 백혈구의 한 종류로, 다형핵 백혈구(polymorphonuclear leukocytes, PMN 또는 PML)라고도 불립니다. 주로 핵이 3개 엽으로 나뉘며, 그중 neutrophil granulocytes가 가장 풍부합니다. Granulocytes 또는 PMN은 조절성 보체 단백질에 의해 골수에서 방출됩니다.
