For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

The ADAMTS4 gene encodes a member of the ADAMTS protein family, characterized by distinct domains such as a propeptide region, metalloproteinase domain, disintegrin-like domain, and thrombospondin type 1 motif.
This enzyme lacks a C-terminal TS motif and is responsible for the degradation of aggrecan (a major cartilage proteoglycan) and brevican (a brain-specific extracellular matrix protein).
These activities suggest important roles in arthritic disease and central nervous system processes, including potential involvement in glioma progression.
