Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Nrf1 (also designated TCF11), Nrf2, and Nrf3 are bZIP transcription factors that heterodimerize with Maf proteins to bind MARE (Maf recognition elements) sequences.
Nrf2 is widely expressed and translocates to the nucleus after exposure to xenobiotics and antioxidants, which stimulate its release from the repressor protein Keap1.
