Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

PDGFRA (platelet-derived growth factor receptor alpha) is a cell surface receptor tyrosine kinase that binds PDGF family members, which act as mitogens for mesenchymal-origin cells.
The specific ligand determines whether the receptor forms homodimers or heterodimers with PDGFRβ.
Knockout mouse studies indicate PDGFRA is critical for kidney development, as heterozygous mice exhibit defective kidney phenotypes.
