정상 인간 말초혈액세포를 이용한 분석에서 검증되었으며, 실험 항체와 동일한 농도로 사용해야 합니다.

Target Information
Mouse IgG2b는 항원에 반응하여 B 세포에서 생성되는 IgG 아형입니다.
혈청 내 세 번째로 풍부한 IgG 아형으로, 적응 면역반응에서 중요한 역할을 합니다.
두 개의 heavy chain과 두 개의 light chain으로 구성되어 있으며, opsonization, 보체 활성화, 항체 의존 세포독성에 관여합니다.
면역반응 조절, T 세포 활성화, B 세포 억제에도 관여하며, ELISA, Western blot, immunohistochemistry 등 다양한 연구 및 진단 응용에 사용됩니다.
면역치료 및 백신 개발 등 치료 연구에도 활용됩니다.
