This product is preservative-free. It is recommended to add sodium azide to avoid contamination (final concentration 0.05%–0.1%).

Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. The antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits are cloned and expressed, followed by screening to select the best candidates for production.

Target Information

Programmed death receptor ligand 1 (PD-L1, also known as B7-H1) is a B7 family member that binds to the programmed death receptor 1 (PD-1). PD-L1 negatively regulates T-cell receptor (TCR) signaling, reducing TCR-mediated proliferation and cytokine production. PD-L1 expression is abundant in many murine and human cancers and can be upregulated by IFN-gamma stimulation, suggesting a key role in tumor immune evasion.
