Target Information
CD3d는 T-cell receptor/CD3 complex (TCR/CD3 complex)의 구성 요소로, T-cell 발달 및 신호 전달에 관여합니다. CD3d 단백질은 CD3 복합체의 delta 서브유닛으로, 다른 CD3 서브유닛들과 함께 TCR α/β 또는 TCR γ/δ와 결합하여 TCR/CD3 복합체를 형성합니다.
CD3d 유전자 결함은 Severe Combined Immunodeficiency (SCIDBNK)의 원인이 될 수 있습니다. 두 가지 전사체 변이체가 보고되었으며, 그 외 변이체의 전체 길이는 아직 정의되지 않았습니다.
