Product Specific Information
- In direct ELISAs, less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant ARIP-2 is observed.
- Reconstitute in sterile PBS to a final concentration of 0.2 mg/mL.
Target Information
MAGI2 acts as a scaffold molecule at synaptic junctions, assembling neurotransmitter receptors and cell adhesion proteins. It may regulate activin-mediated signaling in neuronal cells and enhance PTEN-mediated suppression of AKT1 activation. Also plays a role in NGF-induced recruitment of RAPGEF2 to late endosomes and neurite outgrowth.
