Product Specific Information
In direct ELISAs, approximately 25% cross-reactivity with recombinant human NELL1 is observed, and approximately 10% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse NELL2 is observed.
Reconstitute in sterile PBS to a final concentration of 0.2 mg/mL.
Target Information
This gene encodes a cytoplasmic protein containing epidermal growth factor (EGF)-like repeats. The encoded heterotrimeric protein may be involved in cell growth regulation and differentiation. A similar protein in rodents is associated with craniosynostosis. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified for this gene.
