The monoclonal antibody m2b-25G4 recognizes Mouse IgG2b antibodies and can be used as a second-step reagent in flow cytometry and microscopy. This antibody does not recognize other mouse isotypes nor cross-react with rat IgG2b or any rat isotype antibodies.

• Applications Tested:
  • Flow cytometry: ≤ 0.125 µg/test (100 µL final volume, 10^5–10^8 cells/test)
  • Immunocytochemistry: ≤ 20 µg/mL (fixed and permeabilized cells)
  • Titrate carefully for optimal performance
