이 항체는 시리아 햄스터 IgG의 heavy chain과 대부분의 햄스터 면역글로불린에 공통적인 light chain에 반응합니다. 비면역글로불린 단백질에는 반응하지 않습니다.
Flow cytometry에서 정제된 Syrian hamster IgG 검출에 사용되며, 고농도에서는 Armenian hamster IgG와 교차 반응할 수 있습니다.
0.5 µg/test 이하로 사용 권장되며, 세포 수(10⁵–10⁸ cells/test)는 실험에 따라 조정해야 합니다.
ELISA로 검증되어 사람, 소, 말, 토끼, 쥐, 생쥐 혈청 단백질과의 교차 반응이 최소화되었습니다.
Excitation: 488 nm / Emission: 520 nm (Blue Laser)
Post-manufacturing filtration: 0.2 µm

일반적으로 대상 종의 면역글로불린으로 면역하여 생성되며, 친화 크로마토그래피 및 라벨 결합을 통해 높은 특이성을 확보합니다.
