Product Specific Information
The 93 monoclonal antibody reacts with an epitope shared by mouse CD16 and CD32.
CD16 (FcγRIII) and CD32 (FcγRII) are low-affinity receptors for the mouse IgG Fc portion, expressed by B cells, monocyte/macrophages, NK cells, and neutrophils.
Applications Reported: Flow cytometric analysis.
Applications Tested: Tested on mouse splenocytes, ≤0.5 µg per test (100 µL final volume).
Recommended titration for optimal performance.

eFluor® 450 is an alternative to Pacific Blue®, excited at 405 nm and emits at 445 nm. Ensure instrument compatibility with this fluorochrome.

Target Information
CD16 is a 50–65 kDa surface molecule with transmembrane and GPI-linked forms. Expressed by NK cells, certain T cells, and granulocytes, it mediates antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC).
CD32 is a 40 kDa glycoprotein acting as a low-affinity IgG receptor (FcγRII), expressed by B cells, monocytes, granulocytes, and platelets. It plays roles in endocytosis, secretion, cytotoxicity, and immunomodulation.
Variations in CD32 gene may increase susceptibility to systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified.
