Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The FH (Fumarase) protein is an enzymatic component of the tricarboxylic acid (Krebs) cycle, catalyzing the conversion of fumarate to L-malate. It exists in both cytosolic and mitochondrial forms, differing by the translation start site. The mitochondrial form loses its N-terminal extension to become identical to the cytoplasmic form. FH functions as a homotetramer and mutations in this gene can cause fumarase deficiency, leading to progressive encephalopathy.
