Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Nuclear factor of activated T-cells (NFAT) is a transcription factor necessary for T-cell expression of the interleukin-2 gene. NFAT binds to the antigen receptor response element 2 within the IL-2 gene enhancer. It can also bind RNA and is essential for encapsidation and protein priming of hepatitis B viral polymerase. NFAT forms a heterodimer of 45 kDa and 90 kDa proteins, with the smaller subunit encoded by this gene. The encoded protein binds strongly to the 90 kDa protein and enhances its transcriptional activity.
