Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional round of desalting (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
NME1 was identified due to reduced mRNA levels in highly metastatic cells.
Nucleoside diphosphate kinase (NDK) forms a hexamer composed of A (encoded by NME1) and B (encoded by NME2) isoforms.
Mutations in NME1 are associated with aggressive neuroblastomas.
Two transcript variants encode different isoforms.
Co-transcription with neighboring gene NME2 generates naturally occurring transcripts (NME1-NME2), producing a fusion protein containing sequences from both gene products.
