For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.

Mutations, rearrangements, and amplifications in the ALK gene are associated with various tumors, including anaplastic large cell lymphoma, neuroblastoma, and non-small cell lung cancer.
Chromosomal rearrangement often leads to the NPM-ALK fusion gene, which exhibits oncogenic properties. ALK is a receptor protein-tyrosine kinase with a transmembrane and extracellular domain, showing high sequence similarity to LTK. It plays a key role in neuronal development and signaling.
