Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, perform an additional desalting step (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
NME1 is associated with reduced mRNA levels in highly metastatic cells. Nucleoside diphosphate kinase (NDK) forms a hexamer composed of isoforms A (NME1) and B (NME2).
Mutations in NME1 are linked to aggressive neuroblastomas. Two transcript variants exist, encoding different isoforms.
Co-transcription with NME2 generates naturally occurring NME1-NME2 fusion transcripts that combine sequences from both genes.
