Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

NME1 was identified due to reduced mRNA transcript levels in highly metastatic cells.
Nucleoside diphosphate kinase (NDK) exists as a hexamer composed of A (NME1) and B (NME2) isoforms.
Mutations in NME1 are found in aggressive neuroblastomas.
Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms exist.
Co-transcription of NME1 and NME2 generates naturally occurring fusion transcripts (NME1-NME2) sharing identity with both gene products.
