Product Specific Information
- 재구성 시, 멸균 증류수 100 µL를 첨가하여 최종 농도 약 1 mg/mL로 조제하는 것을 권장합니다.
- Carrier-free 항체를 결합 실험에 사용할 경우, 추가적인 탈염 과정(Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882)을 권장합니다.
Target Information
NCF4 유전자는 식세포 NADPH-oxidase의 세포질 조절 성분을 암호화하며, 이는 숙주 방어에 중요한 다중 구성 효소 시스템입니다.
이 단백질은 주로 골수계 세포에서 발현되며, NCF2(p67-phox) 및 NCF1(p47-phox)와 상호작용하여 RAC1과 복합체를 형성하고, 세포 자극 시 막으로 이동하여 효소 활성을 유도합니다.
PX 도메인은 PI(3) kinase의 인지질 생성물에 결합할 수 있으며, PI(3) kinase 매개 신호전달에 관여합니다.
이 단백질의 인산화는 효소 활성을 음성 조절하는 것으로 알려져 있으며, 대체 스플라이싱으로 여러 이소폼이 존재합니다.
