Episcope Unmethylated HCT116 DKO gDNA (Cat. # 3521) is genomic DNA purified from DNMT DKO HCT116 cells.

Episcope Methylated HCT116 gDNA (Cat. # 3522) is HCT116-derived genomic DNA enzymatically methylated with CpG Methylase (M.Sss I) and purified by phenol/chloroform extraction and ethanol precipitation.
