For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
STING is a 379 amino acid signaling protein essential for innate immune signaling. It activates NF-kappa-B and IRF3 transcription pathways to induce type I interferons (IFN-α and IFN-β), promoting antiviral responses.
STING may also function as a translocon influencing interferon induction and apoptosis signaling via MHC-II association. It is located in the endoplasmic reticulum, cell membrane, and mitochondrial outer membrane, and is ubiquitously expressed in most tissues.
