For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

STING is a 379-amino-acid signaling protein involved in innate immune response activation. It triggers NF-κB and IRF3 pathways, leading to type I interferon (IFN-α, IFN-β) expression and antiviral defense.
STING may also function as a translocon influencing interferon induction, and participates in apoptotic signal transduction via MHC-II interaction.
It localizes to the endoplasmic reticulum, cell membrane, and mitochondrial outer membrane, and is ubiquitously expressed across tissues.
