Target Information
CXCR4 (Fusin, LESTR, HUMSTR)는 G-단백질 결합 케모카인 수용체 패밀리에 속하며, 7개의 막 관통 도메인을 가진 수용체입니다. HIV-1 및 HIV-2의 CD4+ 세포 진입에 관여하는 공동수용체로 기능하며, CXCL12/SDF-1의 수용체로서 세포 내 Ca²⁺ 농도 증가 및 MAPK1/MAPK3 활성화를 유도합니다.
CXCR4는 조혈, 심장 발달, 위장관 혈관화, 신경 생존 및 염증 반응 조절 등 다양한 생리적 과정에 관여합니다. 또한 CXCR4에 대한 항체는 HIV-1 및 HIV-2의 융합과 감염을 차단할 수 있습니다.
