Target Information
RACK1 (Receptor for Activated C Kinase 1) binds various PKC isoforms and functions as a scaffold protein, recruiting PKC and other proteins to form multiprotein complexes that mediate signal transduction pathways.
RACK1 is required for VANGL2 membrane localization and for PTK2/FAK1 phosphorylation and dephosphorylation.
