Target Information
DOC2 proteins (Double C2 domain proteins) exist as at least two isoforms, DOC2A and DOC2B, each containing two C2-like domains. These are encoded by distinct genes and should not be confused with DAB2 (formerly named DOC-2). DOC2B is ubiquitously expressed and is implicated in calcium-dependent intracellular vesicle trafficking in various cell types.
