Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. The expression systems are developed by cloning specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits. Individual clones are screened to select the best candidates for production.

Target Information

EVI1 (MECOM) is a transcriptional regulator and oncoprotein involved in hematopoiesis, apoptosis, development, cell differentiation, and proliferation. It interacts with CTBP1, SMAD3, CREBBP, KAT2B, MAPK8, and MAPK9.
The EVI1 gene can undergo translocation with the AML1 gene, resulting in overexpression and the onset of leukemia. Several transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified.
