Target Information
PAK7 (KIAA1264)는 세포골격 역학, 증식, 세포 생존 신호 조절에 관여하는 단백질 키나아제입니다. CDC42/Rac1 결합 모티프를 포함하며, GTP 존재 시 CDC42와 결합합니다. 주로 뇌에서 발현되며, 신경돌기 성장(neurite outgrowth)을 촉진하고 미세소관 안정화에 관여합니다. 세포주기 진행 동안 세포 내 위치가 정밀하게 조절되며, 동일 단백질을 암호화하는 대체 스플라이싱 전사체가 보고되었습니다.
