They consist of multiple different recombinant monoclonal antibodies, combining the sensitivity of polyclonal antibodies with the specificity of monoclonal antibodies, and providing consistent performance across lots.
These antibodies recognize multiple epitope sites on the target, offering higher detection sensitivity for low-abundance targets. Each lot contains a defined mixture of light and heavy chains, eliminating biological variability typical of polyclonal production.

Target Information
Histone H3 is a DNA-binding protein found in chromatin of all eukaryotic cells. Along with four core histone proteins, H3 binds DNA to form nucleosomes. Histones are central to transcription regulation, DNA repair, replication, and chromosomal stability.
Post-translational modifications of histone H3, such as methylation, acetylation, and phosphorylation, influence chromatin structure and gene expression. The N-terminal tail of H3 protrudes from the nucleosome core and undergoes these modifications, affecting cellular processes.
