They consist of a mixture of multiple recombinant monoclonal antibodies, combining the sensitivity of polyclonal antibodies with the specificity of monoclonal antibodies, while maintaining the consistency of recombinant production.

Target Information

MET (c-Met) is a receptor-like tyrosine kinase implicated in various human malignancies. Upon ligand activation, MET interacts with PI3K, PLCG1, SRC, GRB2, and STAT3, activating signaling cascades such as RAS-ERK, PI3K-AKT, and PLCγ-PKC.

MET plays critical roles in embryonic development—muscle and neuron formation, angiogenesis, and kidney development—as well as in adult processes like wound healing, organ regeneration, and tissue remodeling. Dysregulation of MET is associated with cancers including gastric, renal, and breast cancers, making it a key target for cancer research and therapeutic development.
