Target Information
TNIK (TRAF2 and NCK interacting kinase)는 N-말단 키나아제 도메인과 C-말단 GCK 도메인을 가지며, 세포골격 조절에 중요한 역할을 하는 단백질입니다. 주로 뇌, 심장, 비장에서 발현되며, RAP2의 특이적 이펙터로서 액틴 세포골격을 조절합니다. TNIK는 키나아제 도메인 내 ATP 결합 포켓의 Lys54에 의존적으로 자가 인산화되며, gelsolin을 인산화하여 세포골격 조절에 관여합니다. 이러한 특성은 TNIK가 세포골격 조절 기능에 핵심적 역할을 함을 시사합니다.
