TNK1 tyrosine kinase, non-receptor 1은 tyrosine protein kinase 계열에 속하며, 세포 내 신호 전달 경로를 조절하는 중요한 인자입니다. TNK1은 태아 조직에서 높게 발현되며, 일부 성체 조직에서는 낮은 수준으로 존재합니다. 이 단백질은 Ras-Raf1-MAPK 경로에서 음성 조절 역할을 하며, TNK1 결손 마우스가 자발적 종양을 형성하는 것으로 알려져 있어 종양 억제 유전자 역할을 하는 것으로 추정됩니다.
